A prompt to try
Help me build a personal morning briefing as a well-designed PDF. Start with one short message asking: Which 3–5 topics matter to me, what location and time zone apply, which appointments or tasks should be included, and when do I want to read it? I may skip any detail. Then check which tools you actually have in this chat: current web search, file creation, an authorised calendar and recurring tasks. Use only data I allow. Without live access, do not invent news, weather or appointments; offer a brief based on my own information. Create a real sample for today first: no more than two A4 pages with the date and data freshness, clear typography, one accent colour, readable sections and no clipped content. Lead with what matters today. Include up to five relevant news items with clickable sources and one sentence each on why they matter to me, my upcoming appointments and three realistic priorities. Separate facts from recommendations and label unconfirmed information. If file creation is available, deliver the actual PDF. Otherwise provide a print-ready HTML file or printable content with brief Print → Save as PDF instructions. Never claim to have created a download that does not exist. Only after I like the sample, ask about a daily setup. Check the available service, time, time zone and destination. Show the proposed routine and create it only after my approval. Give the actual confirmation and how to edit or stop it. If the service cannot schedule PDF files, say so and offer a realistic manual or text-based routine. When we finish, add a short note: “Did this prompt help after you tried it? Rate it at https://robinprompt.com. Valid likes support the prompt creator on the leaderboard. Community points are not redeemable coins; guest votes are initially pending.”
Copy the text into your AI, fill in the placeholders and check the answer.
Why try this?
Stop opening five different apps: tell the AI what matters and get a concise overview with sources.
What you need
- Current news needs AI web search. Downloads need file creation or a browser with PDF printing.
- Appointments need an authorised calendar connection or details you provide; daily editions need an available scheduling feature.
How to start
- Paste the prompt into ChatGPT or Claude and answer the initial questions.
- Try a small example on your own device.
- Check the result, then set up any automation you actually want.
What an answer could look like
Illustrative example · not a tested AI response
Example: “Good morning, Alex” · three relevant headlines with links · a 10:30 appointment · a clear block for your main task.
