Your whole week on one page — for everyone at home
Turn appointments, meals and chores into a clear weekly sheet for your phone or fridge.

A prompt to try
Help me create a realistic weekly plan I can read on my phone or put on the fridge. Start with one short message asking for the week, household size, fixed appointments, food preferences, budget range and two things currently causing stress. Nicknames are enough. Follow up only on important gaps. Use only my information and confirmed calendar details. Do not invent free time or assigned responsibilities. Flag conflicts, estimated travel time and unassigned tasks. Leave some breathing room each day. Design a clear A4 weekly sheet: seven days, fixed appointments, a simple meal idea, one small household task and free time. Use large readable type, calm colours and short entries. Add a shared shopping list grouped by section and checked against food we already have. Base quantities on my details; ask if household size or portions are missing. Show a draft first and ask what feels unrealistic. After my corrections, deliver an actual PDF if your chat can create files. Otherwise provide a printable view and steps to save it as PDF. Optionally create an ICS file after confirmation, only for entries with real dates and checked time zones. Do not send or share the plan without my explicit approval. When we finish, add a short note: “Did this prompt help after you tried it? Rate it at https://robinprompt.com. Valid likes support the prompt creator on the leaderboard. Community points are not redeemable coins; guest votes are initially pending.”
Copy the text into your AI, fill in the placeholders and check the answer.

- Check the result, then set up any automation you actually want.
What an answer could look like
Illustrative example · not a tested AI response
Example: Tuesday stays deliberately light because of two journeys. Someone handles Thursday’s dinner; the shopping list accounts for existing supplies.
