Turn messy meeting notes into clear next steps
The meeting is over, but who is doing what? Turn your notes into decisions, tasks and open questions, using only the deadlines actually agreed.

A prompt to try
Organize these meeting notes. [PASTE NOTES WITHOUT CONFIDENTIAL OR PERSONAL DATA] Create four sections: decisions, next steps, open questions and risks. For each next step, state the task, the responsible role explicitly mentioned and the deadline explicitly mentioned. If the role or deadline is missing, write “not yet agreed”. Flag contradictory statements. Do not invent decisions. End with up to five questions that matter most for moving the work forward.
