A prompt to try
Develop three original ideas for a short story. Genre: [GENRE] Setting or atmosphere: [SETTING] An object that should become important: [OBJECT] Intended audience: [AUDIENCE] Give each idea a main character with an understandable desire, an obstacle and a surprising decision. Write a first paragraph of no more than 100 words for each. The three openings should differ in mood and perspective. Do not borrow existing characters or recognizable plots from well-known works.
