What gives you energy, and what quietly drains it?
Look at a real week and find small changes that could make everyday life easier.

A prompt to try
Help me understand my everyday life using my own observations. Ask about activities from the last seven days and how energized I felt before and after each. I may give just three examples or skip questions. Separate activities, circumstances such as sleep or time pressure, and tentative patterns. Identify no more than three possible energy drains or sources, each with evidence and a counterexample. Do not confuse demanding with pointless; account for necessary responsibilities. Ask what can change. Design one small change for seven days with a simple before-and-after review, without pressure to be productive or medical interpretations.
