Staring into the fridge with no ideas? Turn your supplies into three easy meals and a short list of missing ingredients.

A prompt to try
Help me cook from my existing supplies today. Available ingredients and approximate quantities: [INGREDIENTS] People: [NUMBER] Time and equipment: [MINUTES, STOVE/OVEN, ETC.] What we cannot or do not want to eat: [ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES, PREFERENCES] Ingredients I want to use soon: [INGREDIENTS] Ask up to three questions if essential details are missing. Then suggest three simple dishes. For each, list supplies used, extra ingredients needed and the estimated total time. Do not assume I have ingredients I have not mentioned. Respect the stated exclusions when suggesting substitutes too; for prepared products with uncertain contents, refer me to the ingredient list. Wait for my choice. Then give quantities for our group size, no more than six clear steps and a shopping list containing only what is missing. Finally, check that the time, equipment and quantities work together. Do not assess remotely whether food is still safe to eat.
