How do others see you, and what do you actually know?
Put your self-image alongside real feedback and see where you are only guessing.

A prompt to try
Help me compare my self-image with feedback I have actually received. Ask for three words I use to describe myself and specific feedback with its context. Use only that information; do not read minds. Create a short comparison: self-description, observable evidence, feedback received and a possible alternative explanation. Distinguish direct quotations from my recollection. Do not infer a general personality from individual pieces of feedback. Show no more than two tensions, as well as points of agreement. Write three neutral questions I could voluntarily ask someone I trust without pushing for validation. Let me choose one question.

Illustrative example · not a tested AI response
Illustrative example, not tested with a model: You think of yourself as quiet; others call you a good listener. Both can be true.
